Straight Flush is the single version of the famous Royal Flush dual overdrive. Using the GAIN toggle switch you can choose between the LOW Gain channel, the HIGH Gain channel. LOW channel is a low gain overdrive and is designed to create tube amp “early break-up” overdrive for rhythm tone, with tone clarity. HIGH channel is a medium gain overdrive and is designed to capture creamy and rich sound of an amp-like distortion crunch.
*You can not stack the two different Gain channels, if you want more Gain see the Royal Flush dual overdrive.

Got the straight flush. It’s a killer OD. In the low gain mode, it’s a really nice edge-of-breakup boost. Thought I would use that more but I’m really loving the high-gain mode. It’s super chewy and touch-sensitive. It’s basically my only OD on a mini-board and it’s really versatile.

The look and feel of this pedal are of the highest quality, and still the sound surpasses both. The low gain added some beautiful harmonics and touch response, and the high gain took that beautiful responsive sound and added just the right amount of bite. Both sides enhanced my tone without adding anything unpleasant to the signal chain. The pedal immediately sounded like something I wanted to play at 12 o’clock, and just continued to impress as the dials turned. Communication from VS Audio was positive and welcoming; the only thing better than purchasing perfect tone is purchasing perfect tone from someone you feel good about supporting. This is one of my favorite ODs. It sounds like what a Tube Screamer should have been. It truly nails the sound of a rockin’ Marshall more than the 100 other OD pedals I have tried. VS Audio really nailed it with this one. A real gem.
