The Vox® AC-30/TB “Treble and Bass Boost” model produced in 1964 ranks at the top of most Vox enthusiasts most wanted list. Part of the allure is because players like the Edge, Richie Blackmore, Jeff Beck, Tom Petty, Keith Richards, Pete Townshend and the Beatles have raved about this.

The JangleMaster is expertly designed with hand-selected components and features a military “Red Spec” TRIAD Magnetics high reliability audio transformer that gives the distinctive classic AC-30 sound. Just like Rory Gallagher and Brian May whose treble booster/AC30 setup is well known, the JangleMaster features a separate Rangemaster Treble booster for the most iconic early rock solo tones.

By replicating the unique Bass & Treble tone stack of the valve amp, the JangleMaster delivers versatile sonic capabilities, the bass is tight and round while the treble has a distinctive upper midrange “chime” and cut that sounds magical from clean to heavily overdriven. The attack is percussive, brilliant and instantaneous. The Cut control, placed after the transistor Long Tailed Pair Phase Inverter stage – like the real amp, functioning as a high cut knob adjusts the dynamic response and high frequencies of the pedal to be used with any cabinet simulators or recording interfaces. Placing the JangleMaster further down your effects chain, reveals its ability to function like a true preamp capturing the exact tones and behavior that makes the Vox® AC-30/TB amp great.
